This session is for first-year students new to Massey and their families.

Distance students and Pacific undergraduate/postgraduate students are more than welcome to attend.

Our Massey Team will be at Waitangi Park - come see the team, get your questions answered and hear about the great support available to you.

Experience the sights, sounds, and flavours of the Pacific. This free whānau-friendly festival celebrates our unique Pacific communities. From art and language to performance and food – the Pasifika Festival is all about acknowledging the richness of our Pacific cultures.

Bring your friends and whānau and enjoy a line-up of Pacific community performances, a stage activation by Pacific Media Network 531pi FM, food, stalls and workshops.

In our Kids’ Zone, pick up your festival passport and collect stamps to win special prizes.

Welcome to Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University. A special occasion for all new tauira (students) and whānau as well. We invite you to join us to welcome you to Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University.

Students will be collected from the pōwhiri and taken directly by group to their studio for the welcome session.
