Welcome to the Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University whānau in Wellington!
During Orientation, you’ll find out important academic information, learn about the support services available and meet other new students by participating in fun activities. It’s a great way for you to find your way around campus and ensure that by the time classes start, you’re ready to get going.
There are also chances to win prizes and get free kai! Attendance is voluntary for most activities – but we strongly recommend you attend your academic qualification welcome, a Massey 101 session and go on a campus tour.

Our kaupapa will commence with a Pōwhiri on Te Rau Karamū Marae led by mana whenua, Te Ātiawa ki Te Ūpoko o Te Ika, with manuhiri gathering before 9.00am at the tomokanga (archway) of the marae.
