In-person check-in will start at 8am.

Who should attend

Researchers, policy advisers, public servants, NGO or community organisation representatives, members of Parliament, local government politicians, journalists and members of the general public with an interest in issues of misogyny.

While online misogyny often has political motivations and effects, this event is not a political event, and is about sharing expertise and information and building relationships amongst those working on these issues or affected by them.

Some sessions may be closed to media in attendance or conducted via Chatham House rules, depending on the wishes of the speakers.

Complete the form to register your interest. Once your submission has been received, you’ll be emailed with a link to complete your registration and payment to attend the symposium. 

Due to venue size and technical limitations, we cannot guarantee your attendance at the symposium. If this is the case, you will be notified and may be waitlisted. 

When registration and payment is complete, you will be emailed access to a webpage with programme, speakers and venue information.

Ticket costs

In-person registration

  • $75 if you are employed.
  • $25 if you are a volunteer or representing a not-for-profit organisation.

In-person ticket price includes morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

Online registration

  • $40 if you are employed.
  • $20 if you are a volunteer or representing a not-for-profit organisation.
