Registration fees
The workshop fee is $1495 plus GST. Your registration fee will cover:
- attendance at all 5 days of the workshop
- a full set of printed workshop notes (approximately 720 pages; additional copies available at $195.00 plus GST per copy)
- an electronic version of workshop PowerPoint slides
- spreadsheet-based calculation tools using the methods covered in the workshop
- morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch during the workshop
- the Monday social and the Wednesday dinner at the workshop
Cancellation
The cancellation fee is $100. If you need to cancel your registration, you'll be refunded your total registration fees less the cancellation fee.
Participants from the same company can be freely substituted at any time prior to the workshop.
